1. Who We Are

LootRNG is operated by Belton Creative / Charles Belton (“we,” “us”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use the web game or official native app shell, and how we use it.

2. Information We Collect

• Account data: Discord account identifiers and username when you link Discord; guest tokens and display names for guest play; optional avatar selection.
• Gameplay data: inventory, forged weapons, Entropy balances, clash wins/losses/streaks, quest progress, leaderboard-related stats, and similar game state.
• Technical data: session cookies or bearer tokens for authentication; approximate country/region code used for game features; basic server logs (e.g. errors, request metadata).
• Moderation data: ban status, optional ban reason, and admin audit logs of moderation actions.

We do not intentionally collect payment card numbers. The Service does not currently process real-money purchases.

3. How We Use Information

We use data to operate and improve the game, authenticate players, save progress, run clashes/quests/leaderboards, prevent abuse, provide admin tools, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Sharing

We may share data with infrastructure providers that host the Service (for example cloud hosting and databases), with Discord when you use Discord login (subject to Discord’s policies), and when required by law or to protect the Service and other users. Public leaderboards may show display names, avatars, and gameplay stats you generate.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies or similar storage for sessions, guest identity, sound preferences, and first-visit UI tips. You can clear cookies/storage in your browser or OS settings; doing so may reset guest progress or login state.

6. Retention

We retain account and gameplay data while your account or guest profile remains active and as needed to operate the Service. We may delete or anonymize data after prolonged inactivity, account closure, or when the Service is discontinued, subject to legal retention needs.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You use the Service at your own risk.

8. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below that age. If you believe we have, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

9. Your Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete certain personal data. Contact us to make a request. You may stop using the Service at any time. Discord-linked data may also be managed through your Discord account settings.

10. International Users

The Service may be hosted in the United States or other regions. By using it, you understand your information may be processed in countries with different data-protection rules than your own.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a new version with a revised effective date. Continued use after the update means you acknowledge the revised Policy.
