Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or playing LootRNG (the “Service”), including the web app and any official mobile wrapper, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

LootRNG is a free entertainment game. You may forge virtual weapons, manage inventory, complete quests, clash with CPU or other players’ loadouts, and earn in-game Entropy. Features may change, pause, or end at any time.

3. Accounts

You may play as a guest or sign in with Discord. You are responsible for activity under your account or guest session. You must provide accurate information where requested and keep credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, cheating, exploitation, harassment, or violation of these Terms.

4. Virtual Items and Entropy

Weapons, Entropy, boosts, quest progress, clash streaks, and similar items are virtual only. They have no real-world cash value, are not redeemable for money, and may be modified or deleted. The Service does not currently offer real-money purchases; if that changes, additional terms will apply.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse engineer or attack the Service; use bots, scripts, or exploits to gain unfair advantage; interfere with other players; upload unlawful or abusive content; or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, admin tools, or systems.

6. Age

The Service is intended for users who can lawfully enter into these Terms in their jurisdiction. If you are under the age of digital consent where you live, you may use the Service only with a parent or guardian’s permission. Do not provide personal information if you are not permitted to do so.

7. Intellectual Property

LootRNG, Belton Creative branding, game systems, art, audio, and software are owned by Belton Creative / Charles Belton or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to play for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

8. Third-Party Services

Login may use Discord OAuth. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policies.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BELTON CREATIVE AND CHARLES BELTON ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROGRESS, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Changes and Termination

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or end the Service or your access at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of residence of the operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer laws apply.
